In the beginning man (Adam and Eve) was innocent of sin and was endowed by his creator with freedom of choice. By his free choice man sinned against God and brought sin into the human race. Through the temptation of Satan man transgressed the command of God, and fell from his original innocence whereby his posterity inherits a nature and an environment inclined toward sin. Therefore, as soon as they are capable of moral action, they become transgressors and are under condemnation. Only the grace of God, through the death of Jesus Christ paying for mankind’s sin can reconcile him into his holy fellowship; and enable man to once again have a personal relationship with God.
Grace Baptist Church has been sharing the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ in our community of Tyrone for over 140 years. A critical component of the strength of Grace Church is that we are Family Focused. God desires to turn the hearts of fathers and mothers to a wonderful relationship with their children. The church has a vital responsibility to educate, train and equip families to purposely pass on their spiritual heritage to their children. That’s what makes Grace different in it’s Youth Ministry and Church Strategy; philosophically we are Family Focused.
